Story So Far

Following the Quinn Group’s purchase of BUPA Ireland, the company began trading as QUINN-healthcare in April 2007. The Company was established in 1996 in Fermoy, Co. Cork and brought competition to the market while concentrating on introducing new benefits, providing award winning service and offering competitive prices to benefit everyone.

QUINN-healthcare currently has over 400,000 members and employs over 300 people in offices in Fermoy and Dublin.
As part of the Quinn Group, QUINN-healthcare aims to replicate in the Irish health insurance market the success of QUINN-direct Insurance in the general insurance market since its establishment in 1996. QUINN-direct has earned a reputation for innovation and value and is a major player in Ireland and the UK with over 600,000 customers and 2,000 staff.
