QUINN-healthcare Business Development Managers

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and target driven sales people in the North West area to succeed in a challenging dynamic work environment who will sell our range of healthcare products.
The Business development Managers role will involve:

  • Selling QUINN-healthcare corporate solutions to the corporate market in your region
  • Managing existing key client relationships
  • Developing business in the direct corporate market

Candidates must possess a full clean driving licence. Full training and coaching will be
provided, leaving Certificate required at a minimum.
An attractive remuneration package is available with a guaranteed stipend payment in year 1 to successful candidates.

QUINN-healthcare Project Manager and Information Analyst
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our IT team in Fermoy.

The Project Manager will lead a team of developers to deliver business solutions on time
and within budget. A high level of analytical ability is required to identify user problems
as is the creativity to present effective solutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role. Experience of Oracle is required and knowledge of Powerbuilder, Peoplesoft, and XML is an advantage.

QUINN-Insurance Commercial Sales Agents
The role of the Commercial Sales Agent involves:
• Providing quotations to brokers and direct commercial customers.
• Encouraging sales from new clients with the support of your team & the Regional
Sales Managers.
• Providing high levels of customer care & building relationships with our
commercial client base.

Personal Specification:
• Two years experience in a customer focused, preferably sales related position.
• Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Commercial acumen & good numerical skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in the insurance industry is desirable but not essential as full training is
provided. An attractive remuneration package is available to successful candidates.
