As a CompanyCare member you have access to a Employee Assistance Programme. The Employee Assistance Programme is a confidential and impartial counselling and advice service to help you resolve difficulties which may affect health, well-being or work performance. The programme includes;
counsellor assistance available 24 hours a day, every day of the year (Work and Personal Issues)
5 face to face counselling sessions
telephone access to legal advice (8am - 8pm Mon to Fri)
telephone access to consumer advice (8am - 8pm Mon to Fri)
telephone access to financial advice (9am - 5pm Mon-Fri)
Whatever the problem the helpline can be contacted in confidence.
