Joining a company group scheme
Joining QUINN-healthcare couldn't be easier. You can join online today in a few simple steps.
- Visit our website www.quinn-healthcare.com
- On the left hand side of the screen you will see a list of different options. Click on the Joining Us option from this list.
- On the next page click, the Application form option (This may take a few seconds to appear).
- Complete your personal details as requested (name, address, date of birth, etc.)
- The next question asks if your employer is paying some or all of your subscriptions. Please tick Yes.
- If you would like to add dependants, please tick Yes and specify the number. You will be able to enter their personal details on the next page.
- Press Submit.
- The next page asks you for the group ID of your group scheme. This detail is available from your HR department or your group secretary.
- You will be asked to confirm that the name of your group scheme is correct. If this is correct, press Submit. If this is incorrect press Change and re enter the group scheme ID number.
- The next page will ask you to enter your staff number. You will also be asked to enter your cost centre. If you do not know this, just type 0.
- The next page will allow you confirm that the details entered are correct. Please read and tick the boxes regarding waiting periods, data protection act and declaration.
- At the end of this page you can also enter your personalised password. This will allow you to access your policy details at any time through our secure website. Enter a password of your choice.
- Press Submit.
- You have now completed the online enrolement process. Please take note of your QUINN-healthcare membership number. Full membership details,including a certificate and membership card will be posted to you.
Online service for members
After you've joined QUINN-healthcare, you can access a range of service through our website. These services include:
- Details of the benefits of your chosen level of cover
- Check what hospitals and consultants you are covered for
- Changing your personal details (address, phone number etc)
- Adding dependants to your policy
